Located in the north-central region of Florida about 60 miles west of Jacksonville, TIMCO - Lake City (DU4R141M) has over 600,000 square feet of covered hangar space and over 1.3 million square feet of ramp area (FAA Class IV rated, certificate DU4R141M and EASA approval EASA.145.4946).

The Lake City facility complex includes six hangars for airframe MRO as well as a dedicated, two-bay strip and paint hangar capable of accommodating aircraft sized up to an MD11.  All hangars contain NFPA-approved, pre-activated fire suppression systems.  Like TIMCO's other facilities, TIMCO - Lake City has extensive backshop support on site, and is AS 9100B-certified (based on and including ISO 9001:2000)

TIMCO - Lake City is unique in that it controls and maintains the taxiways, parking ramps and engine run-up areas for the Lake City Airport, where the facilities are located.  TIMCO also maintains an FAA-approved control tower, which is staffed by FAA-certified controllers during daylight hours providing all-weather operations.
