Medical/Vision and Dental Program
Employees that elect coverage under our medical, dental, and vision program are eligible to start participation on the first day of the month following 60 days of active employment.
Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Employees receive Term Life & AD&D insurance at no cost to you.
Optional Voluntary Insurance
This benefit is available to employees and their families for plans including medical bridge, accident care and cancer coverage.
Short Term Disability (STD)
In the event of a covered short term disability, employees receive a fixed weekly benefit rate starting on the 15th day of an accident or illness and continuing up to a maximum of 11 weeks. Again, this benefit is provided at no cost to you.
Voluntary Short Term Disability Buy-Up Plan
Employees have the option to purchase, at a low cost, an enhancement to the STD plan that will increase the weekly benefit.
Long Term Disability
Should you suffer a long term illness or accident, this benefit will provide for the economic stability of you and your family. The long-term benefit is paid for entirely by TIMCO and follows the STD benefit.
Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance
You have the option to purchase additional life insurance known as term insurance. Additionally, your spouse and/or each child may be covered.
401(k)
For your retirement, TIMCO offers a 401k plan with a discretionary company match. You direct where your contributions are invested with a wide variety of investment funds to choose from.
Vacation
Vacation begins accruing from the first day of employment and can be used during the first year. Accruals grow as years of service grow.

Additional pay premiums are offered for certain certifications and shifts (varies by location and job)
