Allegiant Air Selects Brice Seating’s B3100 Featherweight™ Seat

Brice’s New Ultra Light Weight Seat to be Installed on Aircraft Deliveries Starting in 2011

GREENSBORO, NC — 18 May, 2010... Leading aircraft seat manufacturer Brice Seating, a part of the TIMCO Aerosystems family of interior products, announced today that Allegiant Air has selected its B3100 FeatherWeight™ series seat for MD-80 aircraft being added to its fleet starting in 2011.

Weighing 30 percent less than other standard economy seats, the B3100 seat can provide operators with greater fuel efficiency, leading to lower costs and improved environmental impact.  A reduced number of parts also leads to better maintainability over the life of the seat.

Rick Salanitri, President of TIMCO Aerosystems, commented, "It is most gratifying to receive a new order from a long-time, valued customer like Allegiant Air.  We have been proud that our seats have been flying on their aircraft, and we are looking forward to delivering greater value to them with our new FeatherWeight™ B3100 seat.”

Through Brice Seating, TIMCO Aerosystems supports leading airline customers with innovative seat design and manufactured solutions, including the new FeatherWeight™ series of weight-saving seats.  TIMCO Aerosystems, also part of the TIMCO Aviation Services family, is one of a select few providers that can support its customers through every facet of the interior modification process, from state-of-the-art design and engineering to systems and structures manufacture, integration and certification.
